Definations

  • Host:
  • Host means registered user who uses the services to list property and manage.

  • Guest:
  • Guest means user who uses the services to book a property.

  • Booking Request:
  • Booking Request means all spaces that are not instantly bookable and will be submitted to the Property Manager for review before being confirmed.

  • Booking Request Period:
  • Booking Request Period means the time period set by Weshare (unless it is an Instant Booking) for any Booking which requires Vendor approval. The Booking Request Period is a timeframe in which Property may decide whether to confirm or reject that Booking Request, as stated on the Site, Application or Services. Different Booking Request Periods may apply in different places.

  • Instant Booking:
  • Instant Booking means all spaces that can be booked instantly by the Registered Users. The default setting for listings is Instant Booking unless Property Owner selects.

  • Listing:
  • Listing means a property that is visible to the general public and available for booking via the Site,Android Application,Ios Application and Services.

  • Content:
  • Content means text, graphics, images , video, information or other materials.

  • User Content:
  • User Content means all Content that a User posts, uploads, publishes, submits or transmits to be made available through the Site, Application or Services.

  • Service Fees:
  • Service Fees refers to the Weshare Commission, the Paypal fees, Stripe fees and any other fees or commissions outlined in these terms.

  • Weshare Content:
  • Weshare content means all Content that Weshare makes available through the Site, Application, or Services.

  • Site:
  • Site means https//:weshare.pro and all domains owned by Weshare.

  • Website User:
  • Anyone who visits our website and uses the services offered by Weshare.

  • Tax:
  • Tax or Taxes mean any sales taxes, value added taxes (VAT), harmonized sales tax (HST), goods and services taxes (GST) and other similar tax imposed by any municipal, provincial, state or federal taxing authority, whether direct or indirect, including withholding and personal or corporate income taxes.


Eligibility

The Site, Application and Services are intended solely for persons who are 18yrs or older. Any access to or use of the Site, Application or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site, Application or Services you represent and warrant that you are 18yrs or older.


How website, application and services work?

Weshare platform can be used to list property. Property can be accommodation, boat and offices.To create a listing user needs to register and list the property. User after listing the property will be called as host. The listings can be viewed by unregistered users but to book a property through Weshare user needs to register and create a Weshare account.
Weshare is not a owner of properties nor provider of properties and Weshare does not control any properties. Weshare is only responsible for availability of website, application and services. Weshare is just acting as an agent between host and guest for accepting payments from guests on behalf of the host.


Account registration

To access the services and features of website and application, to book a property, or listing your property you must register create an account and become a registered user. Users can also create account through third party social media networks such as Facebook, Google+ and Linkedin. The registered user must fill all the required information.User should provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. You can keep your profile updated using edit your profile. One’s registered user will receive an email to the email address provided. User must click on the link to verify his email. One’s email is verified Weshare’s account is ready for use. Weshare recommends you to choose a strong password. User agrees not to disclose password to others and will not allow other persons to use his Weshare account. User also agrees to logout from the account at the end of session. User should be careful when accessing account from public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password. Weshare have right to disable any user, if user has violated Weshares rules and regulations.


LISTING SERVICES

Publishing your property:

  • Host should login using his or her email address and password. IF he/she does not have a Weshare account then they must create an account.
  • Click on list your property. When creating a listing you will be asked for different questions about the listing such as property type, location, pricing, availability details, photos, amenities, pricing and the cancellation policy.
  • Verify the details provided about the listing before submitting for review to Weshare.
  • Ones Weshare completes the review of your listing it will go live on site and application.

As a host:

  • As a host you agree that one’s a registered users requests for booking, the price for the booking should not be altered.
  • As a host you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all listings you post.
  • You should keep your listing(home,office) neat and clean before start of each booking.
  • If you receive any booking request for your listing via site or application you must either confirm or reject the booking within 24 hours of when the booking is requested or it will be automatically cancelled.
  • When a booking is requested via the site, application, Weshare will share with you first name of the registered user and Weshares account profile. In the profile you can see the verifications of the user like email, Phone no, or social media verifications so that you can see such information before confirming or rejecting the booking.
  • As a host you understand and agree that Weshare does not act as an insurance agent. If a registered user requests a booking for your listing and attends at your listing, any agreement you enter into with such registered users is between you and the registered users. Weshare is limited authorized agent and is responsible for transmitting funds between guests and host.
  • Weshare recommends that as a host obtain appropriate insurance for your listings.

Reviews and feedback

Both host and guests will submit feedback of the service after completion of booking. You accept and agree that other users may publicly post ratings and reviews of you or your listing, as applicable, and that Weshare may, but is not obligated to, monitor such postings and is not responsible in any manner for such ratings and reviews, and you hereby release Weshare from any and all claims, causes of actions, obligations or liabilities arising from or relating to such ratings and reviews.


Booking and Instant booking requests

As a host when you list your space by submitting all the required information, it will not go live until the listing has been reviewed and verified by Weshare. Weshare may contact you and request additional information for your listing to be listed. Weshare reserves the rights to accept or decline the listing at its own discretion.

Normal Booking:

While listing your space on Weshare if you opt for normal booking guest won't be able to book the property directly. You will have a chance to review the booking before it is confirmed. You will be able to review the user’s Weshare profile before responding to the booking requests.

Instant Booking:

While listing your space on Weshare if you opt for “instant booking”. This means that guest may book your listing automatically on the site without submitting a booking request form to you.


Additional features

Weshare has given an option for additional features Were host can provide additional services with the listing. Additional services like airport pickup and drop, break fast, lunch, dinner, bicycle, travel guide, boat, car etc. Host can add additional services and cost.


Financial terms for host

The prices displayed in each listing are given by the host. Taxes may be charged in addition to the listing price. Weshare collects a 10 % commision from the guests for accommodations. For offices & meeting rooms Weshare collects a commision of 20% from the host. Weshare will deduct the commision from the total fees collected prior to making payment to the hosts. Weshare will collect total fees at the time of booking confirmation and will transfer the payment of the amount due to the host within 24hrs when guest arrives at your place. All the payment process are done by the third party payment gateways. Weshare uses Paypal and Stripe as third party payment gateways. Hosts should give proper contact details and payout details for receiving the funds.


Financial terms for guest

As a guest while booking the property total amount displayed will be with taxes as per the country and Weshare commision charges. One’s host accepts the booking request guest has to pay the total amount displayed. Weshare will deduct the commission charges and transfer to the host after guests check in. The booking amount can be payed through 3rd party payment gateways like paypal and stripe.


Payment Gateways

Weshare uses two payment gateways Paypal and Stripe. Check terms and conditions of Paypal. Check terms and conditions of Stripe.


Cancellation Policy:

There are three cancellation policies Strict, Moderate and Flexible.
Strict:
  • 50% refund until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees.
  • Additional charges(cleaning fees, airport pickup, breakfast etc) for the services will be refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • Weshare commision is non refundable.
  • Reservation is officially cancelled when guest clicks the cancel button.
Moderate:
  • Full refund if the guest cancels the reservation 2 days before arrival.
  • Additional charges(cleaning fees, airport pickup, breakfast etc) for the services will be refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • Weshare commision is non refundable.
  • Reservation is officially cancelled when guest clicks the cancel button.
Flexible:
  • Full refund 1 day prior to arrival except fees.
  • Additional charges(cleaning fees, airport pickup, breakfast etc) for the services will be refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • Weshare commision is non refundable.
  • Reservation is officially cancelled when guest clicks the cancel button.

Violations:

Each Weshare user can notify if he or she believes an listing, reviews, messages or other visible content on the site is illegal or violates can send a message to contact@weshare.pro.

All site design, text, graphics, logos, illustrations, sourcecode, database and any other material on the site are copyright of Weshare.
