We depart Edinburgh and head northwest through famous Stirlingshire, home of the legendary Scottish warrior William Wallace. Our first stop is Doune, where you can visit *Doune Castle (If option is selected), one of Scotland's best preserved medieval castles and a filming location for Outlander, Game of Thrones and Monty Python.

We continue west through Scotland's famous Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, home to the stunning West Highland mountain ranges, lochs and castles. As you travel through Campbell country, marvel at Kilchurn Castle on the shores of Loch Awe.

Head south to Loch Fyne and stop for lunch in the charming town of Inveraray, where you can visit Inveraray Jail, described as one of the best preserved courtrooms and prisons in the world.

After lunch, we head back east to the iconic beauty spot of Rest and Be Thankful, which offers stunning views of the Arrochar Alps. The beautiful conservation village of Luss, on the lush banks of Loch Lomond, is our final stop before we head back to Edinburgh, arriving in the evening.
