2. How long does the full experience last?
The walking tour lasts about 2.5 hours, followed by a 1-hour canal cruise. Please note there is usually a 30–45 minute break between both parts, making the total experience around 3.5 hours (excluding waiting time).

In Spanish or English, with the option of Dutch upon request.
4. How many people are in the group?
The walking tour is limited to small groups of up to 10 people. The boat’s capacity depends on its own regulations.
5. What happens if it rains?
On rainy days, the boats are covered, so the cruise will still take place.
6. Are there any special conditions for children?
Yes, children must be accompanied by an adult. Infants under 3 years old can join for free.
7. Can the canal cruise be cancelled?
The boat ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable with less than 48 hours’ notice.
