- I have a baby with me, can he/she join? The hot air balloon ride is only for 5 years and above.
- Is pickup included?We provide complimentary transfers from any hotel in Dubai if booked on a shared vehicle. Extra charges apply for pickups in a residence.
- I am pregnant. Am I able to go?Pregnant women in their first trimester are allowed to join the balloon flight.
- Will I go dune bashing?We focus on sustainable practices and conduct gentle wildlife drives in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve that doesn't include dune bashing.
- Why are there alcohol restrictions?We are committed to stay true to local traditions and showcase the authenticity, warmth and hospitality of this region.
- What type of accommodation is provided for the overnight stay?We provide stone dwelling rooms, with mattresses, sheets, blankets, and pillows included.
- Can I bring my luggage with me?We can accommodate 1 small carry-on luggage per guest if booked on a shared vehicle.
- Do the rooms have private toilets?We have shared bathroom facilities at the camp. No showers to keep the authenticity of the experience.
- Do you accommodate any dietary requirements?We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, kosher-style, gluten-free. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking.
- What type of clothing is recommended?As the desert can get quite warm, we suggest bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and cool, comfortable clothes. In the winter, we recommend wearing layers and bringing something warm.
