A dress code is required to enter places of worship and Vatican Museum. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You will risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

The sightseeing tour is not a guided tour but only a sightseeing with a driver, not a guide.
The standard program could suffer variation accordingly to extraordinary events not predictable and in case the starting time of the tour will be delated for reasons attributable to the customer.
We inform you that the management of the Museums or Archaeological sites, or the Ministry of Cultural Heritage may at any time decide to close some sites totally or partially. No refund will be possible.
Wheelchair users and walker users cannot have access to Catacombs and Palatine Hill
We kindly inform you that any kind of disability (mobility issues, wheelchair, visual impairment, hearing impairment,... ) or anything that might prevent you to regularly join the tour, MUST BE communicate in advance to our staff. For people with disabilities, the tour route may be different from the one presented.
Important: please note that you can not get to the Colosseum with large bags / backpacks / suitcases. You may bring small bags, but there is no cloakroom service inside the Colosseum to accommodate large items

Due to a strict entrance time, there is a mandatory meeting time 15 min before the tour starting time. Be aware that late arrivals cannot join the tour and won't be entitled to get a refund as per standard procedure. All visitors MUST have a photo ID for the Colosseum security check! Please be advised that the Colosseum’s capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure, especially on national holidays and events. Please expect to wait 20-30 minutes to clear security. Actual departure time can differ up to 20 minutes from the one selected. Meeting Point Directions: The meeting point is in front of the "Oppio Park" on Via delle Terme di Tito on the corner of Via Nicola Salvi. The guide will have a sign with "Tour in the City" on it. Main Office: +39 328 001 0018 NOTE: -Forbidden objects inside the Colosseum: bottles and glasses containers, alcoholic beverages and aerosols, backpacks, camping, bulky bags, and luggage/trolley, selfie sticks; -You cannot get into the Colosseum with large bags, backpacks or suitcases. It is possible to take small bags only. The Colosseum does not provide a bag check, so you cannot carry this kind of article inside the Colosseum; -Every refund request MUST be done within and not later 48 hours from the day of the tour.
Departure Point: If you are staying in a hotel with a lobby, please wait for your personal chauffeur there. If you are staying in an apartment or other accommodation without a lobby, please wait for the driver in the street near your house number. Pick-up only within the city Aurelian walls.
